If you are within our catchment area your child is entitled to a place here at Midmar School. If this is the case, please get in touch so we can discuss enrolment with you. You can also Apply for a place at Midmar School online.
If you live, or are going to be living outwith our zone, you can apply for an Out of Zone Placing Request. Please do not apply online until your Placing Request has been accepted. NB During P1 Enrolment week (usually during January) parents/carers should complete an Out of Zone Placing Request and should also Apply for a Place indicating on their application that they have completed the Out of Zone Placing Request.
Once you have applied for a place for your child, and this has been accepted, we are required to see your proof of identification documentation. This should be your child's birth certificate and proof of your address (for example a recent utility bill or recent bank statement) These can be emailed to the school as scanned documents or as a photo. Alternatively, these documents can be shown on your child's first day at school. A pupil should not start at school until the relevant proof of identification documentation has been seen.
We would also like to provide you with some additional information about Midmar School and we ask you to read the information in the files below and complete the Multiple Permissions Form which will be emailed to you on enrolment.
